About the Job

We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our multi-disciplinary team dedicated to providing effective treatment for children with neurodevelopmental differences. Our mission is to deliver life-changing care, fostering the potential of every child.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote independence in daily living activities through observation and problem-solving.

Consult with staff and assist in implementing therapeutic programs.

Collaborate with colleagues and parents to enhance client programs.

Collect and analyze data to assess and formulate new goals.

Qualifications:

Current California Occupational Therapy Assistant License.

1 year of experience in pediatrics or autism.

Proficient in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base pay range: $38.03 to $47.54.
