A 122-bed skilled nursing facility is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join their team. The COTA will perform patient-related activities to enhance independence and health for individuals with various limitations. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting occupational therapists with tests, evaluations, and treatment procedures.
• Observing and reporting patient conditions and responses.
