We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our top-rated skilled nursing facility, specializing in Sub-acute Rehabilitation and Long Term Care. The COTA will implement treatment plans under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, ensuring adherence to specific goals and providing timely documentation of patient progress.

Responsibilities:

Deliver treatment as per Occupational Therapist's guidance.

Document patient progress and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Maintain professionalism and punctuality at all times.

Qualifications:

Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Valid NY state license and registration.

Experience in long-term or geriatric care preferred.

Strong documentation and patient service skills.

Salary: Up to $34.00 an hour. Equal Opportunity Employer.
