About the Job
Independence Rehab is seeking a full-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our dynamic team, working between Rose Linn Care Center, a highly respected skilled nursing facility in West Linn, OR, and Rose Villa Retirement, a beautiful assisted living community in Portland, OR.
In this flexible, float role, you will provide patient-centered therapy services as needed, ensuring high-quality care for residents across both locations. This is a great opportunity to work in diverse settings and make a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
Here are a few SNF practice-specific items:
- Occasionally treating clinically complex patients
- Proficient with all types of transfers
- Provide adaptive ADL re-training

Requirements:
- Current Oregon OTA license in good standing
- Associate degree from an accredited college or university
- Organized, self-starter with a love for the geriatric population
Our preference is a therapist who has worked at least one year in a skilled nursing facility, but if you are a caring, passionate, licensed therapist who enjoys the geriatric population, we would love to hear from you!
