Key Responsibilities:

Assist in patient evaluations and treatment plans

Implement therapeutic activities and exercises

Monitor patient progress and report to supervising therapist

Maintain accurate patient records

Educate patients and families on treatment plans

Qualifications:

Valid COTA certification
