Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated COTA to support occupational therapists in providing high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will assist in implementing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and ensuring a safe therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and report to supervising OT.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic activities and home exercises.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications:

• Current COTA certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
