Summary/Objective:

In keeping with our organization’s goal of improving the lives of the Resident’s we serve, the COTA administers treatment plans according to the directives of the DOR at the facility. The COTA assists with patient documentation as directed by the DOR

Minimum Requirements include:

• 1 year of recent experience as a(n) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) specializing in Rehabilitation.

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license within the state of practice.
