About the Job

We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant responsible for treating in and out-patients following evaluations by a Licensed Physical/Occupational Therapist. The role involves:

Assessing and planning care for patients with various physical and cognitive issues.

Utilizing therapeutic services under the supervision of an O.T.R.

Documenting services provided and monitoring patient performance and condition changes.

Participating in departmental goals and supporting team achievements.

Qualifications include an Associate's degree, certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, Basic Life Support, and CPR certification. A minimum of 1 year of experience is required. EOE.
