Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) - CTTX Health

CTTX Health is currently seeking an experienced Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team. As a COTA, you will work with individuals of all ages who have physical, cognitive, or developmental disabilities. Your role will be to help patients improve their ability to perform daily activities and develop the necessary skills for independent living and active participation in their communities. The Occupational Therapist Assistant will work with other members of the rehabilitation team to implement plans of care established by the Occupational Therapist.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Associates degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from Accredited Program

• The qualifying Occupational Therapy Assistant Degree earned outside of the US must be evaluated to the US equivalent to a Degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant

• Valid California Occupational Therapy Assistant License, or proof of License eligibility

• Reliable means of transportation

• Minimum of two (2) years of Occupational Therapy Assistant experience in a clinical setting with a frail or elderly population

• Occupational Therapy Assistant knowledge necessary to treat frail, elderly participants with complex needs

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $37.30 - $44.77 hourly+ Bonus + Equity. This package includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
