Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) - PRN

Facility: Charlotte Bay Rehabilitation and Care Center
Pay Rate: $34-37/hr
Shift: PRN (includes weekdays and weekends)

Charlotte Bay Rehabilitation and Care Center is dedicated to delivering exceptional resident care with a focus on customer satisfaction and high-quality service. We are looking for a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our compassionate team of healthcare professionals.

In this role, you will:

• Support the evaluation and development of personalized treatment plans for residents.
• Guide residents through activities that empower them to perform daily tasks independently.
• Monitor and encourage residents' progress as they engage in therapeutic tasks.
• Assist in the rehabilitation process for residents affected by injury, illness, or other challenges.
• Protect resident confidentiality and foster trust.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to contribute to a supportive, team-focused environment.

Requirements:

• Valid Florida COTA license
• 1+ year of experience as a COTA
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred
