COTA Responsibilities:
- Follow the plan of care by Occupational Therapist and provide treatment to patients
- Interprets evaluation findings to provide care and safety relating to dysfunction
- Provides treatment based on the goals and follows through with treatment to achieve established goals
- Provides advice and education to patients and family
- Regularly assesses clinical signs and symptoms to determine the effectiveness of treatment, the progress of the patient towards goals, the need for modifying plans and treatment
- Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Program
- California COTA License
- Excellent communication skills
- Home Health experience preferred; not required
Additional Information
We set standard base pay ranges for all roles based on function and level. The final offer is determined by multiple factors, including skillset, work experience, and languages, and may vary from the amounts listed below.
The pay range for this position is: $60-$75/visit
We are looking for COTA coverage in the following areas: Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, San Fernando Valley, Westlake, Agoura Hills, Canoga Park, Calabasas, Moorpark, Camarillo, Ventura, Oxnard, and Pasadena.
