We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Kansas City, KS. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $32 - $35 per hour and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities:

Assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans

Monitor patient progress and document outcomes

Educate patients and families on therapeutic activities

Maintain a safe and organized treatment environment

Requirements:

Current COTA certification in Kansas

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team

Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred
