The Certified Nursing Assistant is responsible for coordinating the delivery of care, monitoring and evaluating the outcome of practice and standards of care, and for providing direct nursing care in a self-directed manner.

$2,500 Sign-on Bonus* Conditions apply

CNA Shifts available: 

• Full Time 2pm-10pm, 10p-7a

**LPN Details*

The primary purpose of the Licensed Practical Nurse is to administer nursing care in a nursing home environment, under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors. 

$5,000 Sign-on bonus *Conditions Apply

LPN Shifts available: 

• FT 6a-6p, 6p-6a, 6a-2p
• Weekend option 6a-6p (Fri, Sat, Sun)
