Full Job Description:
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will provide care directly to elderly patients in private homes. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADL), monitoring vital signs, providing comfort care, safe patient transfers, ensuring patient safety, and maintaining effective communication with families and team members.

Position Details:
- Seeking hard-working, dependable candidates with reliable transportation
- Minimum 3+ years of experience required
- Completion of credentials and vetting process necessary
- Passion for helping those in need and excellent communication & clinical skills required
- Shifts available for PRN, part-time, full-time, or as independent contractors
- Daily charting and clocking in/out of shifts required
Requirements:
- 3+ years of long-term care experience
- Recent COVID-19 testing and vaccination
- State identification, Social Security Number Card, legal authorization to work in the United States, PPD/TB immunization, PA State Licensure and/or PA Nursing Certificate, resume, two references, COVID-19 testing result, flu immunization vaccine, COVID vaccination, current physical, PA State Criminal Background Check, CPR Card, drug screening

Schedule:
- Flexible shifts including 10-hour, 12-hour, and 8-hour shifts

- Reliable commuting or relocation to Philadelphia, PA required
Experience/License/Certification:
- 3+ years of CNA experience required
- CNA License required
