NaphCare is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant/Patient Care Technician (CNA/PCT) just like you located at the Arizona Department of Corrections - Lewis in Buckeye, AZ. Full Time Shifts, Part Time, PRN, and 8-13 week temporary contracts are available!  Pay rates range from $17.00-$25.00 per hour based on employment status, shift, specific facility, site needs, licensure, and experience.  PRN shifts and hours vary based on coverage needs and will be determined by site leadership and prn employee availability.

Responsibilities for Certified Nursing Assistant/Patient Care Technician (CNA/PCT):

• Assist with direct patient care procedures
• Obtain patient history
• Take Vital Signs
• Prepare Charts
• Assist with medical examinations
• Perform routine procedures under stablished protocols (to include but not limited to phlebotomy, EKG’s, dressing changes and wound cultures)

Qualifications for Certified Nursing Assistant/Patient Care Technician (CNA/PCT):

• High School Diploma or GED Certificate
• Current Certification as Certified Nursing Assistant in Arizona
• Valid CPR Card
• Minimum of 1-year clinical experience in a healthcare setting, preferably correctional healthcare
