The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a critical role in healthcare settings, providing patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. You'll be responsible for assisting assessing patients' health status, assisting with medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care. Your attention to detail, compassionate approach, and clinical expertise contribute significantly to ensuring the well-being of patients.

Job Details:

Duration: 13/26 weeks

Hourly pay range from $20.5 - $22.5

Required Qualifications:

Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant program.

Current CNA licensure in the state of practice.

Knowledge of medical terminology and clerical functions.

Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

Current CPR if applicable

Proficiency in conducting health assessments and recognizing changes in patients' conditions.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient care tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and patient interaction.

Capability to maintain composure and provide care in high-pressure situations.

Understanding of infection control protocols and safety measures.

Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and medical documentation.

Adherence to ethical and legal principles in healthcare delivery.

Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.

Ability to work effectively within a team and independently as necessary.
