Job Description:
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Contract Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team in the Washington area. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals in need of assistance with activities of daily living.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
Provide compassionate and attentive care to individuals with varying degrees of medical and physical needs.
Collaborate with the nursing and healthcare team to ensure the overall well-being of patients.
Document patient care activities accurately and in a timely manner.
Monitor and report changes in patients' physical and emotional conditions to the nursing staff.
Assist with the maintenance of a clean and safe patient environment.
Uphold patient confidentiality and dignity while providing care.

Qualifications:

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Washington.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience as a CNA in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred.
Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices.

Compensation:
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
