Compensation and Benefits:

• Starting base pay: $18 per hour (increases with experience, up to $20 for 10+ years).
• Shift differentials and weekend differentials stack, offering higher pay for evening, night, and weekend shifts.
• Example:
  • A CNA with less than 3 years of experience earns $18/hour. With shift differential, they earn $19.50/hour Monday to Friday and $21.50/hour on weekends.
  • A CNA with 10 years of experience earns a base pay of $20/hour. With shift differential, they earn $22.50/hour for nights and $23.50/hour for overnight weekend shifts.

Hours/Shifts: 

• Our openings include full-time, part-time, PRN for all shifts Hours:
• 12 hour shifts - 7a-7p OR 7p-7a
  
  
• Days and Nights Available

 Day in the Life of a Certified Nursing Assistants 

• Answer call lights and respond to resident needs in a timely manner 
• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents their activities of daily living 
• Pass out meal trays and document food/fluid intake 
• Admit residents and assists with the adjustment of new residents to the facility 

 Requirements: 

• Valid state license(s) 
• Excellent verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills 
• High integrity and well-grounded work ethic 
• Agility and flexibility with changing priorities 
• Team-oriented and a practical team-player 
• Professional demeanor 
• At least one year of experience
