Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Senior Helpers - LaGrange, GA

Our growth has allowed us to hire 10 full-time CNA's over the next 2 weeks and on pace to hire 50 in next 6 months. Traditional health facilities that work on metrics (Ex: 16 bed baths in 8 hr shift) consider CNA's replaceable and treat them as such.  We view CNA's as INVALUABLE to helping our elders maintain independence by providing emotional and physical support.  The support provided to our team earned us the honor of being the ONLY home care agency in US to be rated as BEST PLACE TO WORK as rated by EMPLOYEES.  And we have received this recognition 5 years in row with ratings increasing!

• Drive between multiple clients homes

Note: Your perfect combination of client, hours, schedule may not be immediately available but will over time.  Priorities are based on job performance, skills, and teamwork.

Our team provides services in Zebulon, Williamson, Molena, Meansville, and Concord that allow seniors to live independently and safely.  As a Senior Helpers CNA your tasks typically include:

• Companionship and conversation
• Meal preparation and planning
• Light housekeeping
• Personal care assistance (bathing, dressing & grooming)
• Alzheimers/Dementia experience preferred
