Job Duties:

• Provide personal and nursing care per resident care plans.
• Monitor and respond to resident needs respectfully.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Document resident activities and care.
• Participate in training and maintain certification.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.
• Compassionate, patient, and able to work harmoniously with others.
