Job Types: Full-Time   Part-Time    PRN

Available Shifts: 7a-3p   3p-11p    12 Hour Shifts 7a-7p and 7p-7a

Pay: Starting from $18.50increases with experience and $3.00 shift differential for 2nd shift, $1.50 shift differential for 3rd shift

Supplemental Pay: Shift Differential

Responsibilities:

• Care for the residents who need assistance with day-to-day tasks such as bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care.
• Provide a wide range of support services under the supervision of a nurse.
• Help our residents feel comfortable and as independent as possible while they live their daily lives.
• Provide accurate, efficient and timely care documentation.
• Perform other duties as needs arise and/or assigned.

Qualifications:

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA/STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry. 
• Experience: Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents.
