MEMORY CARE RESIDENT ASSISTANT

Summerfield of Gulfport is looking for compassionate individuals to provide excellent care with the highest of standards to our residents in our Memory Care Unit. Must have a passion and drive to serve seniors and make a difference in their lives each day. Dementia training is available.

** 6a-6p & 6p-6a shifts available **

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 1-year minimum verifiable experience working as a RA/CNA in a Memory Care setting
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
• Respond to residents' call system promptly and courteously
• Demonstrate good decision-making skills
• Complete and sign incident reports and provide follow-up as required
• Maintain a comfortable and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors
• Teamwork is a must
• Benefit Conditions: Waiting period may apply (90 days)

Job Types: Full-time

Pay Rate: $12 -14
