About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents in a facility.
- Collaborate with other nurses in facilities to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records.
- Follow care plans and protocols to meet the individual needs of residents.

Qualifications:
- Valid RN/LPN license (for RNs and LPNs) or CNA certification (for CNAs).
- Diploma from an accredited nursing program.
- Current CPR certification (both issue date and expiration date must be visible on any copies of the CPR card).
- Physical exam conducted within the last 12 months (if you do not have this document yet, you may complete this while processing your application).
- Mantoux TB test conducted within the last 12 months (if you do not have this document yet, you may complete this while processing your application).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Vaccination Card.
- RN/LPN License or CNA Certification.
