Job Description:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals within a residential group home setting
- Implement individual support plans and behavior plans to promote independence, safety, and personal growth for clients
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting
- Administer medications and document appropriately
- Ensure a safe and clean living environment for clients
- Assist with meal preparation and housekeeping duties
- Provide transportation to appointments and community outings
- Document client progress and behavior in accordance with policies and procedures
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards clients, families, and co-workers
Job Requirements:
- BLS/CPR Card
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
