Qualification/Responsibilities:
- Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
- Must be a certified and/or be state tested Nursing Assistant in accordance with the laws of Virginia
- Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care.
- Ability to observe proper safety and sanitary techniques.
- Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position/assignment.
- Provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
- Maintains clean and orderly resident rooms daily and assures that the call light cord is within easy reach of the resident at all times.
- Review resident care plans frequently to determine any changes in the resident’s daily care routine.
- Assisting residents in (but not limited to):
- Oral care, hair and nail care, shaving, bathing, dressing, and undressing
- Incontinence care
- Ambulating, transferring, positioning, transporting by using assistive devices
Shift & Wage:
- Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available
- Shift Needed: Night & Evening Only (8 hrs shifts)
- Wage: $19 per hour - $22 per hour
- Sign on Bonus: $4,000
- First Installment 30 days after hire date ,the rest is every 90 days
