Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Sage Specialty Hospital (LTAC)

Sage Specialty Hospital located in Denham Springs, LA is seeking Full-Time Day Shift and PRN Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team!

Sage Specialty Hospital is a Long Term Acute Care (LTAC) Hospital and part of The Carpenter Health Network, currently seeking compassionate candidates with a strong clinical background and great communication skills.

Essential duties:

• Provide compassionate patient care
• Assist with all patient needs to include vital signs, meal preparation, personal hygiene and required documentation.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year as a CNA
• CNA certified with the state of Louisiana
• Patient care oriented
• Excellent communication skills
• Covering 12-hour work shifts
