Certified Nursing Assistant - Acute Telemetry. - Christus Health.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist with routine patient care activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or licensed Nurse. This role involves clerical, organizational, and patient-focused tasks in a nursing unit.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with patient admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Preparing rooms and ensuring patient belongings are managed.
• Transporting stable patients and maintaining confidentiality.
• Cleaning and organizing equipment and supplies.
• Reporting changes in patient conditions to nursing staff.
• Responding to emergencies and communicating effectively with team members.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Patient care experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• CNA License and BLS certification required.

Work Schedule: 7PM - 7AM, Full Time.
