Job Summary: We are hiring a PM Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM shift. Walk-in applicants are welcome from 10 AM to 3 PM.

Basic Function: Provide routine daily nursing care to residents following established procedures and guidelines under supervisor direction.

Essential Duties:

• Assist with resident mobility, dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene.
• Maintain cleanliness and comfort of residents, including changing linens and clothing.
• Monitor and document residents' health and report changes to nursing staff.
• Support residents in daily activities and meal preparation.
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
• Maintain confidentiality and treat all individuals with respect.

Qualifications: Valid CNA certification in Illinois, no abuse convictions, and strong communication skills required.

Physical Requirements: The role involves frequent bending, squatting, and lifting.
