Job Summary:
The position involves providing routine daily nursing care to residents during the 3p-11p shift, following established procedures and guidelines. Responsibilities include assisting with mobility, personal hygiene, dressing, and daily care tasks, as well as maintaining accurate records and observing residents' conditions.

Essential Duties:

• Assist with lifting, moving, and positioning residents.
• Support residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Maintain cleanliness and comfort for incontinent residents.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health.
• Prepare residents for meals and assist with feeding.
• Attend mandatory training and follow safety protocols.
• Ensure confidentiality and treat all individuals with respect.

Qualifications:
Valid nurse aide certification in Illinois and no abuse convictions required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse populations are essential.
