Job Summary: The position involves providing daily nursing care to residents in accordance with established procedures and guidelines under the supervision of a Nursing Supervisor.

Essential Duties:

• Assist with lifting, moving, and positioning residents.
• Support residents with dressing, bathing, and personal hygiene.
• Maintain cleanliness and comfort for incontinent residents.
• Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures as instructed.
• Document care accurately and report any changes in residents' conditions.
• Prepare residents for meals and assist with feeding as necessary.
• Attend mandatory training and adhere to safety and infection control protocols.
• Foster a respectful and warm environment for residents and their families.

Qualifications:

• Valid nurse aide certification in Illinois.
• No abuse convictions.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with diverse populations.

Physical Requirements: The role requires frequent bending, squatting, and reaching, among other physical activities.
