Job Summary:
The Certified Nurse-Midwife is responsible for implementing the health center's philosophy, goals, and policies while ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. Committed to serving a diverse population, the nurse-midwife collaborates with the team to enhance system processes and adheres to organizational standards.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with patient safety and midwife practice standards.

Conduct assessments and improve care quality for obstetric and gynecologic patients.

Provide comprehensive gynecologic care, health education, screenings, immunizations, and prenatal care.

Maintain educational competencies and support a learning environment for students and residents.

Education and Experience:

Master's Degree with American Midwifery Certification or Women's Health Nurse Practitioner certification.

Minimum of 5 years of midwifery experience.
