High school graduate or equivalent.  Successful completion of a certified nursing assistant program.  Current unencumbered CNA certification.  Current BLS.

Emergency Department preferred  

Basic computer and typing skills.  Operate vital sign monitoring devices, EKG and manual B/P equipment and use a glucometer.

Has the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with many different people (patients, families, visitors, members of the interdisciplinary team and others).
