Are you interested in becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant? Do you have the winning combination of knowledge and caring?
If so, please apply to be considered for our upcoming Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Apprenticeship program. The first portion of the CNA Apprenticeship program will take place in the classroom and will prepare you to sit for the certification exam. Upon passing, you will become a Certified Nursing Assistant at Presbyterian SeniorCare Network. In the second portion of the CNA Apprenticeship program, you will continue your education with on-the-job training to establish a strong foundation of knowledge, skills, and confidence as you grow into your new career.

- Paid training. Paid exam fees. In this unique learn-as-you-earn program, you will see your hourly rate increase from $18 to $20 per hour in the first year.
Details
Classes are generally held Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.- Schedule can vary
- Clinical Training Location: 1215 Hulton Rd. Oakmont, PA 15139
- Students must purchase scrubs (white top and navy pants) and a wristwatch with a second hand.
- Students are expected to dress for success, be well-groomed, prompt and engaged in learning.
- The CNA Apprenticeship will begin on February 27, 2025. Additional start dates for the apprenticeship program will be released throughout the year.
Application & Selection
- Interested candidates will apply for this position and go through the standard applicant interview processes.
- Selected students become employees of Presbyterian SeniorCare Network prior to the class start date and are paid as full-time employees during training.
- Selected students will complete new hire pre-employment and orientation processes prior to the start of training.
- Selected students will commit to a full-time year-long training program overseen by experienced professionals.
- The cost of training and exam fees are paid by Presbyterian SeniorCare.

Please note that each training class size is limited to 8 students. The recruitment process will be competitive. Give some thought to the following, especially if you are selected for an interview for the training:
