Position: Certified Medical Billing Manager

?? Location: Las Vegas, NV

?? Salary: $45,000 to $60,000 annually - Direct hire opportunity

?? Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST

Your Key Responsibilities:

? Supervise and enhance billing and authorization operations

? Ensure compliance with industry regulations and billing protocols

? Collaborate with insurance providers to resolve claims and optimize reimbursements

? Lead audits and financial analyses to enhance performance

? Train and mentor staff on best practices in billing and coding

What We’re Looking For:

? CPC or RCC certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)

? 3+ years’ experience in healthcare billing management

? Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10 coding, and prior authorizations

? Ability to analyze financial reports and optimize workflows

? Experience with Medinformatix EHR (a plus)
