Job Title: Representative for Medical Support

Essential Functions:

Processes physicals and injuries, and performs drug and alcohol tests on donors, pulmonary function testing, face mask fitting, audiometric hearing exams, hair testing and DNA testing. 

Performs drug screen collections following DOT specimen collections guidelines.

Performs breath alcohol testing using intoximeters such as the Alco-Sensor IV and RBT IV, following DOT alcohol testing guidelines.

Performs hair collections following Psychemedics guidelines.

Performs pulmonary function testing using the Spiro USB system or other systems/instruments following all OSHA Guidelines.

Performs respiratory fit testing using the TSI Portacount following all OSHA Guidelines for quantitative fit testing.

Informs the Service Center Manager of all unusual circumstances surrounding all tests performed.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

High School diploma or GED Equivalent.

Medical Assistant certificate.

Valid driver’s license.

Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite.

DOT Certified Urine Specimen Collector or must obtain certification within two (2) weeks from date of hire.

DOT EBT (Evidential Breath Testing) Certified or must obtain certification within two (2) weeks from date of hire.

Hair Collection Training Certificate or must obtain within thirty (30) days from date of hire.

Experience in drug testing, breath alcohol testing, pulmonary function testing or fit testing applications preferred.

Bilingual preferred.

DISAWorks® system experience preferred.

Travel %: Drive personal vehicle to provide emergency service center coverage.

•    Frequently: – stand, sit, bend, walk, operate a computer

•    Lift – 11-20 pounds
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST.
