Responsibilities:We are currently seeking a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our family medicine practice. The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and compassionate individual with a passion for primary care and patient-centered medicine. The CMA will work closely with our healthcare providers to deliver exceptional patient care and support the overall operation of our practice.
Qualifications:- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or equivalent training.
- Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) required.
- Previous experience working in a family medicine practice or primary care setting preferred.
- Proficiency in basic clinical skills, including vital signs measurement, specimen collection, and medication administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) and other computer applications.
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical and professional standards.
