The schedule for this position will vary based on needs, with a standard of 32 hours per week (FTE). However, flexibility is required as you may need to work up to 40 hours during peak periods. This is not a 4-day workweek schedule; hours may fluctuate, occasional Saturdays will be needed and the schedule will be adjusted as necessary depending on business demands. This onsite position in Missoula, Montana offers a competitive salary range of $17.00-$29.00 per hour, commensurate with certification/licensure, experience and qualifications. Your day as a Certified Medical Assistant

As a Full-Time Certified Medical Assistant Float at Missoula Bone & Joint and Surgery Center, you will have the exciting opportunity to play a vital role in patient care working alongside our Orthopedic Doctors and Physician Assistants. Your responsibilities will include accompanying patients to exam rooms, assessing their general condition, and collecting medical history and medication lists. You will meticulously document vitals and medical information in electronic medical records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, you will communicate effectively with providers regarding patient status and assist in placing orders as necessary. With opportunities to perform cast and splint applications, as well as fitting Durable Medical Equipment (DME), you will be a key member of our healthcare team, contributing to the excellent care and service we provide to our patients.
