Job Description SummaryDocument the physician dictated patient history, physical examination, family, social, and past medical history as well as document procedures, lab results, dictated radiographic impressions made by the supervising physician and any other information pertaining to the patient's encounter. This position is full time in the office no remote or hybrid schedule availability. Also at times will assist as a Medical Assistant assisting with in examinations and treatment of patients under the direction of a physician. Interviews patients, measures vital signs (i.e., pulse rate, temperature, blood pressure, weight, and height), and records or inputs information to patients' medical record.
