About the Job
Duties:
- Greeting and welcoming patients upon arrival.
- Ensuring that the waiting area remains in excellent condition at all times.
- Answering phone calls and responding to e-mails.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Collecting and recording patients' personal and medical information
- Tracking and ordering inventory.
- Explain medication procedures to patients and educate them on the need to take their drugs religiously as prescribed by the doctor for quick recovery
- Preparing treatment rooms prior to appointments, as needed.
- See all Weight Loss Patients: Administer B-12 Shots/Blood Pressures/BMI
- Dr. First electronic prescriptions.
- You must be able to work with sensitive patient data and maintain confidentiality. You should also be able to multitask without sacrificing accuracy in your work. Top candidates will be detail-oriented and service-driven.
- Administering screening assessments, such as blood pressure tests, as needed.
- You will also be required to assist with occasional clinical work, including the administration of diagnostic assessments.
- Typing Final Reports for Doctor to send to attorneys, Our practice handles a lot of Auto claims. Which requires
- follow ups with the patients attorneys as well.
