Certified/Registered Medical Assistant - Float Pool - Western Suburbs
Position Highlights:
- Full-Time: 40 hours/week
- Hours: Monday-Friday; 7:00-7:00pm but once trained, typical shifts, 7:30-4:00pm or 8:00-5:00pm; NO WEEKENDS!
- Location: Floats to a few locations
- Travel: Travel to Glen Ellyn, Lombard, Lisle, Naperville, Aurora for coverage as needed

- Greet patients and assist with registration, scheduling, measuring vital signs and collecting health history
- Provide support to physicians during examinations, minor office surgeries, dressing changes and other first aid procedures
- Assist with immunizations or injections
- Assist patients with prescription requests, address pharmacy callbacks, provider orders, update charting and filing
- Conduct onsite lab testing to include: EKG, pulmonary function, blood glucose and urine pregnancy tests
- Maintain clean, warm and inviting examination rooms for patient visits
- Provide excellent customer service exemplifying Duly Health and Care values
- Some travel to assist other local clinics may be required
The Experiences You Bring
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of medical assistant educational program
- Active medical assistant certification through one of the following:
- American Medical Technologists (AMT)
- National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
- National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
- American Registry of Medical Assistants (ARMA)
- American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
- BLS certification or willing to become certified upon hire
- Prior experience working as an MA or CMA
- Prior experience using an electronic medical record preferred
The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $18.00-24.50 for a Medical Assistant; Certified or Registered Medical Assistant the base pay range is $19.00-24.50, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
