Greet and welcome patients in a friendly and professional manner
Register patients and assign rooms, ensuring all necessary information is obtained
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
Process patient check-ins and check-outs accurately
Handle patient requests, concerns, and complaints promptly and efficiently
Assist with appointments, cancellations, and modifications as needed
Job Requirement
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Medical Assistant Certification required
Previous experience in customer service or front desk role preferred
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient computer skills
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
Professional appearance and demeanor
Flexibility to work various shifts; no weekend hours required
