Providence Medical Group is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) for our Physicians Network Clinic! 

The Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) is responsible for the delivery of safe patient and provides direct patient care within the scope of practice. The duties and responsibilities of this CMA include, but are not limited to:

• assisting physicians with patient care
• responsibility is mainly in phlebotomy/blood draws; then, additional CMA duties as needed: shots, EKGs, etc.
• front desk clerical, environmental and organization tasks: chart management, appointment scheduling, answering and returning patient calls and coordinating daily office activities
• provides information to patients so they may fully utilize and benefit from the clinic services
• conveys a positive image of our clinic
• the hours are Mon - Fri, 8:00a - 4:30p

As you would expect, this position is key to great patient care in our clinic!

Education and Work Experience

• graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant school, required
• current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current
• current medical assistant credential from a nationally recognized Medical Assistant Credentialing organization, required
• experience in Phlebotomy, preferred
