Our Medication Care Partners (Med Techs) provide direct care to our senior residents following a personalized medication and treatment plan. Currently Hiring for: Full-time & Part-time - 1st, 2nd shift and overnight (11p-7a) shifts available!

Offering a shift differential ($1 extra/hr) for 2nd, 3rd, and all weekend shifts!

What will you do as a Medication Care Partner?

• Support residents by providing compassionate care, engagement, and companionship
• Assist in monitoring the medication program
• Setup and assist with self-administration of medication
• Order and receive medication; Keep medication files and medical records current and up-to-date
• Prioritizes and provides encouragement and support to the residents
• Encourage and assist with activity programs

If you have these qualifications, we'd love to chat:

• Positive team player attitude and love working with people!
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have or ability to obtain a Medication Technician Certificate (per state requirements)
• Current First Aid and CPR license or ability to obtain
• Previous experience working in Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), Memory Care (MC), or Senior Living experience is a plus!
