What You'll Do:

• Provide routine, individualized care to the elderly, individuals recovering from illness (convalescents), and those with disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in patients' health conditions to ensure optimal care
• Assist with daily personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer specialized healthcare services like medication management and changing bandages
• Teach and support family members in providing effective care for their loved ones

What You'll Need:

• CHHA certification (Required)
• Experience in hospice, home health, or related healthcare fields
