“Pediatrix is family focused and understands that we have a lot of working moms and encourages work-life balance. With few exceptions, each practice is allowed to run in a way that works for them and their staff without too many corporate policies hindering how they work. However, corporate support is always there when needed. Pediatrix offers great benefits, EAP, discounts, free CME and learning resources. There’s also options to transfer to another practice within the company, giving opportunities to live where you want without having to start over with seniority and PTO.”
