We are seeking an experienced Certified Dietary Manager for our Skilled Long-Term Care Facility in Titusville, Florida to oversee our food service program and providing the level of supervision necessary to ensure that courteous and efficient services is delivered as well as high quality nutritious foods.

Certified Dietary ManagerKey Duties:

• Assists in the planning, scheduling, and supervising or dietary personnel.
• Ensure the food service operates within established budgetary guidelines.
• Assure that each residents’ nutritional adequacy is met by utilizing the assurance of Nutritional Adequacy Policy.
• Maintains individual diet information by transcribing information from dietitian’s weekly notes. Attends Care Plan Meetings
• Knowledge of local, State, Federal regulations, and survey inspection process.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate dietary staff, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards, as well as regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the overall sanitation and cleaning of the kitchen, storage and dining areas, and equipment.
• Performs other job-related duties.

Certified Dietary ManagerQualifications:

·       Certified Dietary Manager in healthcare.

·       Minimum 2 years managing the food service department in long term care facility, hospital, or healthcare setting strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of large scale and therapeutic food preparation.
• Solid leadership and supervisory skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and food service management software.
