Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) - Willow Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation

Willow Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled and experienced Dietary Manager to join it's skilled nursing facility in Winston-Salem, NC!

Responsibilities:

• Manage the food service department to provide excellent service and quality
• Work with dietitians/chefs to create high level menus which deliver nutritional value
• Daily inspections/assessments to ensure compliance
• Oversee inventory to ensure budget compliance
• Lead team member recruiting, onboarding and training
• Interdepartmental communications to foster “teamwork atmosphere” to achieve goals
• Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods.

Qualifications:

• Current ServSafe certification is required
• Certified as a Dietary Manager (CDM)
• 5+ years of related operations experience and management  
• An associate’s degree or higher in food service management or hospitality
