Primary Purpose of the CDM (Certified Dietary Manager):
The primary purpose of your job position is to plan, organize, develop, and oversee the operations of the Nutritional Services/Food Services Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing our Facility, and as may be directed by the Administrator or the Food Services Director, to assure that quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis and that the Nutritional Services/Food Services Department is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner

Qualifications of the CDM (Certified Dietary Manager):
- Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or GED.
- Must graduate from an accredited course in dietetic training approved by the American Dietetic Association.
- CDM Certification required.
Experience of the CDM (Certified Dietary Manager):
- Must have, as a minimum three (3) years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care Facility, or other related medical Facility.
- Must have training in cost control, food management, diet therapy, etc.
