Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated individuals to assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility. Responsibilities include:

• Providing support through interaction, conversation, and participation in programs and activities.
• Collaborating with the nursing team to meet resident care needs.
• Maintaining a clean, safe work environment and assisting with resident room upkeep.

Requirements:

• Current Connecticut Nurse’s Aide Registration.
• Experience in a healthcare setting, particularly with seniors.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
• Good physical and emotional health, free of communicable diseases.
