Central Sterile Reprocessing Technician at The University of Vermont Health Network

Full- time day, evening and night shifts available! We are not hiring for part-time or per diem at this time.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position is responsible for ensuring all surgical supplies, instruments, scopes and equipment are properly inventoried, decontaminated, assembled, inspected, packaged, sterilized, stored, distributed and tracked in a safe, quality and timely manner throughout the hospital and supported offsite clinics and locations.  After training, able to perform all CSR standard work.  May be required to perform additional, related duties as assigned.        

EDUCATION:

High School Graduate, 1 year college preferred.  CRCST required within 12 months in position and maintained annually

EXPERIENCE:

Prior experience in Central Sterile Processing needed for this position.
